seminar offers a field-tested framework for analyzing and changing
organizational culture. It is suitable for addressing a wide range of

one-day Culture Change Leadership Seminar utilizes case studies and small
group exercises to explore concepts useful for planning a culture change
initiative. The Culture Change Planner,

provides a framework for the seminar. Participants learn methods for
examining cultural values, norms, peer support, organizational support and
climate. Participants also learn how to determine the best strategies for
all four phases of project development: (1) Analysis, Objective Setting
and Leadership Development; (2) Systems Introduction; (3) Systems
Integration; (4) Evaluation, Renewal and Extension. The seminar can be
