Purpose
Findings from the Lifegain
Health Culture Audit provide an important baseline for efforts to create
cultural support for healthy lifestyles and productivity. In order to take
advantage of this information, it will be necessary to develop an
awareness of what the results mean and how they can guide future
actions.
Features
This
half-day presentation examines the results from the Lifegain Health Culture
Audit. Health behavior findings and all five dimensions of culture--norms,
values, peer support, organizational and climate--are examined. Key culture change
principles and a culture change framework are presented. Participants
develop specific action plans for bringing about lasting and positive
culture change.
