each Friends and Family Commonspokes Directoryis a secure database of the
history and interests of friends and family members. A KnowingTree is created when members complete an online
questionnaire. Participants also
have the option of uploading a photo. The software uses information from
the questionnaire to instantly generate listing pages. Participants
can then search the database to view listing pages, update their information or to identify people who share common
interests.
Online
customization of the questionnaire makes it simple to customize the Friends and
Family Commonspokes Directory. For example, you could add questions about travel
plans or about an upcoming family reunion.
Administrator features can be
used to create mailing lists of people who share interests. In addition, a
printing function makes it possible to provide printed copies.
