If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you may contact service@healthyculture.com and request a refund in writing. If we your purchased product is returned in unused condition within 30 days, you will receive a full refund of charges (excluding shipping).

Video Preview Policy

Videos may be returned within 30-days. Contact service@healthyculture.com and request that your order be changed to the preview price of $25 plus shipping. Return the video and support materials in unused condition within 30 days and you will be refunded the difference between the purchase and the preview price.
